Rental Information

Rates

All rates are subject to change without notice . Prices include provision of maintenance and motoring organisation roadside assistance cover . Fuel is not included .

Driver Qualification

Minimum and maximum age limits apply . A valid full driving licence is required and should be produced at time of hire . Certain endorsements may be accepted . Please contact rental reception to confirm these details . Additional security checks may be required 

Insurance

All rental vehicles are properly insured . A copy of the insurance policy is available for inspection upon request .

Excess Liability

The hirer is responsible for the payment of an excess charge in the event of any damage caused to the rental vehicle . Any damage to the vehicle or a third party caused by hirer negligence may not be limited to the pre-agreed excess amount .

Extension of Rental Period

The rental period may only be extended by prior arrangement before the initial period of rental expires and further pre-payment will be required . Failure to comply with this condition may render void the insurance cover provided .

Foreign Travel

Vehicles may not be taken outside of mainland Britain (i.e England , Scotland & Wales) or N.Ireland (when rented in Northern Ireland) without prior written permission . Special rates and insurance cover provisions apply .

Vehicle Availability

Whilst every effort is made to provide the vehicle reserved it may be necessary to substitute an alternative due to unforeseen circumstances .
